Description

Helps determine path; can use Windows, System, ExePath or an arbitrary path.

flWindowsDir - File location: based on the Windows directory.
flNamed - File location: based on the given (named) path.
flSystemDir - File location: based on the Windows System directory.
flExePath - File location: based on the EXE's path.
