For WebHub Components v2.023 to v2.053

If your hub runs as an invisible service, use WebHubAdmin to gain access to the configuration files.

For WebHub Components v0.895 to v2.022

The exact error message is:

Webinfo.Webdefaults['InputSample'] is missing. All input will be blank

To resolve this, on the Hub, select options > edit defaults. Scroll down to InputSample.

In the "value" column you need to enter the location of the samplews.ini file. This file is probably in whatever directory you installed WebHub, default is /ht. So if you installed on your c: drive, you would enter c:\ht\samplews.ini.
